The Bell Rings

2.30 – 3.30pm, slice of my day

It's almost time Another dime
When school's over it feels like a makeover
until other meetings start making you feel ultrasmart
with hands dipped in you show you have a thick skin
only to feel it is another deal!

  1. Juliette, I enjoyed reading your after school thoughts! The rhyming is fun. I loved the transition between

“it feels like a makeover” (momentary relief and a little celebration) and then…

    “until other meetings start”

    Fun poem!

  2. What a fun rhyming ditty of your after school relief, reset, then move on to the next meeting. The job is never really done.
