Words are Gifts

March Moved

March moved fast!
The delight of writing
Churning out pieces

Starting with a plan
Ending with none
it is the writing that counts

Casting away fears
Pausing to press
the publish button

Appreciating comments
from one hundred and more
sharing reels of gratitude

Collecting and learning
from all the writers and leaders
building this community

To you all, I am grateful.

  3. Juliette, what a lovely poem! I appreciate your poems, and I’ll look forward to seeing you at Ethical ELA next month. I enjoyed reading the bolded poem-within-your-poem a second time through.

About Me

I am an Elementary school teacher , I taught at an International IB School in Accra, Ghana. I am now teaching in Hanoi. Writing is my passion and I try to write daily, at least in my sentence a day journal, to capture all the blessings around me. I write with groups of writers, such as Teach Write and sometimes Ethical ELA. I also encourage my friends to write , so I created a platform to make that possible -Writing Run.
