Four siblings mourning the loss of their mother. A bitter, sweet, rendition of what siblings endure when there is inheritance involved.
We got up from the show with many questions. This was a show that got us all sitting at the edge of our seats. One could not miss a word or a sigh, they all carried so much meaning.
The four siblings, intelligently portrayed by the words, stories, their actions and gestures. A whole generational episode shared within the one and a half hours of contemplations, what should be, or what can be.
I selected “Relics” by Ben Ockrent , directed by Michael Longhurst (Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith, London) for it’s comedy and universal relevance, especially for our family! Four siblings too, with an inheritance! This was culturally different, and engaging. The debates, questions, conversations and most of all the bond!

There is always a show or two pencilled in on my travels, this one won… With the engaging storyline and revelations that were not that obvious. I agree with the review…
